MOF-coated FBAR sensor arrays
Selective metal-organic frameworks coated onto film bulk acoustic resonators — 16 per E-Canister, arranged as four sensors per channel across four sensing channels. Each MOF is tuned for a target molecule. The frequency shift when a molecule binds is read at 1 Hz, giving parts-per-billion sensitivity with built-in cross-channel redundancy.

A lightweight TinyML model runs on the MCU of the E-Canister / E-Nose PCBA — the same board the 16-sensor FBAR array sits on. It fingerprints the full 16-channel response, separates the target signal from siloxane and humidity drift, and pushes a per-asset risk score (low / medium / high) to the cloud every second.
