Moseley Technologies is a brand of Ambient IoT Pty Ltd, an Australian deep-tech company. This notice covers moseley.io and any enquiry sent to us through this site or by email.
When you contact us through this site we collect the information you provide on the form: name, company, email address, the topic you selected, and the details of your enquiry. When you email us directly we collect the information you choose to send. We do not run analytics, fingerprinting or third-party advertising trackers on the public moseley.io marketing pages.
We use enquiry information to reply to you, to scope a fab pilot or cold-chain trial you have asked about, and to keep a record of the discussion under standard commercial diligence. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where we are required by Australian law or where it is necessary to involve our parent company Ambient IoT Pty Ltd or a sister brand for the purpose of replying to you.
Data collected by deployed Moseley canisters and patches during a pilot or commercial deployment is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Ambient IoT Pty Ltd. By default, customer molecular and environmental telemetry is treated as confidential to you. We may use anonymised, aggregated telemetry to improve sensor models and ML inference; the underlying agreement governs whether and how this is permitted.
Enquiry email and form submissions are retained for 24 months unless a longer period is required by Australian record-keeping law or unless an active commercial relationship is in place. You can ask us to delete your record earlier at any time.
If you are in Australia, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights legislation (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you have rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@moseley.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Patent claims, PCT routes and detailed technical specifications are not made public on this site. They are shared under a mutual NDA on request. Initial enquiry information you send to us through this site is not treated as confidential unless we have an NDA in place.
