Moseley Technologies builds the biological intelligence layer for fresh produce — sensing, prediction and active remediation for the ethylene that quietly over-ripens and spoils fruit and vegetables across the supply chain.
Moseley is a biological intelligence platform that detects, predicts and remediates ethylene-driven spoilage across the fresh produce supply chain.
A pallet of fruit looks fine until it doesn’t. The decisive event happened at the biological level, invisibly, hours or days earlier — ethylene accelerating ripening across the shipment. Moseley exists to catch that moment: to detect ethylene, predict its consequence, and remediate in time to protect the product.
We focus on ethylene, the plant hormone that drives ripening, because it is one of the highest-value, hardest-to-see signals in the global food supply chain. The platform we built to tame it — biomimetic sensing, AI prediction and active remediation — is signal-agnostic by design.
Moseley Technologies is a brand of Ambient IoT Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia. We develop biological intelligence technology for fresh produce alongside sibling products including StiknTrak for temperature, humidity and location monitoring across the cold chain. Our work is grounded in active research partnerships and a growing portfolio of provisional patents covering biomimetic ethylene sensing, predictive models and MOF-based remediation.
